This summer, the Maine Department of Marine Resources is offering residential courses at the Burnt Island Light Station in Boothbay Harbor. Discovering Burnt Island will happen twice this summer: July 7-11th for teachers and their families and August 4th-8th for teachers only, while Maine's Marine Fisheries will take place July 21-25th. Teachers will earn CEU credits. (Graduate credit approval is pending from the University of Maine for an additional fee.)
