[DOE-Arts] Arts Ed Globe article

I understand the link to the Globe article on connecting arts  
classrooms with higher order thinking skills is no longer available  
on the Boston Globe website.  Luckily, I had put it into a Word  
document when to the link.  So, I am sending it to you as an
