So many blog posts to write, so little time to write! I managed to
squeeze in a few this crazy, busy week with 6 more drafts for posts
that sit incomplete.

Here are the latest posts topics since I emailed you last:
1) U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan
2) A Walk by a Pond
3) Waterville High School Community Art Project
4) Madawaska Middle High School MDOE Artwork
5) From Maine to Guatamala
6) Blogging it Up!

Also are MANY new opportunities for Prof Dev and Students and a couple
of new research pieces and many upcoming events. Be sure and read the
comments that have been posted by many folks this week and please join
the conversation on any topic. FYI: If you post a comment it doesn't
appear until I approve it.

I look forward to seeing many music educators next week at the All-
State conference and Festival at the USM, Gorham campus. I know it
will be a GREAT event. Thank you to all who are working many hours to
organize the event!

A REQUEST FROM BONNY EAGLE HIGH SCHOOL...
A proposal for an integrated humanities course is being created at
Bonny Eagle High School with a goal of studying the connections
between all of the arts and humanities (and sciences as well) within
an historical context. This would be a team taught class with each
person teaching within their specialty. If you are teaching in a
school that offers a similar course of have in the past please contact
theater teacher Rick Osann @ rosann at sad6.k12.me.us and let him know.

Make it a great day,
Argy
