[DOE-Arts] Happy last week of July!

I hope your summer is going well and that you are getting a chance to do all the things you love to do! We have been fortunate with wonderful weather to do most anything outside. The local farmer is getting the second mowing on the field across from my home. I always get a new perspective with the wide open space it provides. With July coming to an end next week I intend to continue to take in all the sites, smells, tastes, and sounds of summer and hope you do as well! 

Life at the Department of Education changes a bit in the summer with schools and the legislature out but things are hopping in my cubicle with plans for the upcoming teacher leader institute and the fall conference on October 7th at USM, Portland on the calendar.
