I know school is winding down for most of you this week and I can imagine there are mixed feelings; not just for you but for students. I hope it is a good week and when the students head out the door on the last day and board the bus for the last time this school year, I hope they have smiles on their faces indicating another successful year.

Starting July 3rd I will send a Tuesday morning email every two weeks for July and August since I know many of you will have different email routines during the summer break. If you have another email address you'd like me to add for the summer please let me know and I'd be glad to make the change. I do work during the summer so if you need to reach me please use my email or phone number from the bottom of this email.

If you sent my mom a card for her 94th birthday THANKS so much. If you missed the message in last weeks email my goal is for her to receive 94. If you'd like to send a card her address is Sophie Nestor, Mason Christian Village, Room 104, 411 Western Row Road, Mason, OH 45040. So far she has received just over 58 cards. I am looking forward to a visit next weekend with her and I am sure that the cards will be covering her walls. I certainly appreciate your kindness!

Below are this weeks recent blog posts. Thanks to those who have sent me information to include on the meartsed blog. There are several "student opps", "prof dev opps", and "upcoming events" located on the front page of the blog, bottom right. Check them out at http://meartsed.wordpress.com/.
