Happy Spring! if the weather during the last three days is any indication, I am guessing we might really have a Spring this year in Maine! I canoed over the weekend next to the ice, it was very coooool!
Thank you to those who took the time to fill out the Survey Monkey providing feedback on the first phase of the Maine Arts Assessment Initiative. I am thrilled that there were 235 responses. YAY! The information collected will be combined with the other feedback collected during the last 6 months and the findings will be presented on the next webinar scheduled for April 4th.
Today's blog post is a first in a new series called Another Arts Teachers' Story which will be highlighting arts teachers and the work they are doing. Today's and the next several will feature the arts teachers who have been directly involved with the phase I of the Maine Arts Assessment Initiative. Please feel free to leave a comment, questions, or feedback at the bottom of each post.
Speaking of TLs
Just a reminder about the invitation to all arts teachers to apply to be a Teacher Leader; part of phase II of the assessment initiative. The post with the information is located at http://meartsed.wordpress.com/2012/03/06/calling-all-teacher-leaders/.

Below are the posts since I emailed last week, located at http://meartsed.wordpress.com/. Thanks to everyone who sent info and thankssssss to the 1229 visitors. WOWZER!
