I hope you've had a wonderful Thanksgiving and break! I was very grateful to have the opportunity to travel and to have precious time to visit with my family.

Yesterday afternoon arts education colleagues Jen Nash, Lisa Gilman, and Suzanne Goulet facilitated the Cross Content Literacy Network webinar for VPA. They did an outstanding job. There are three more scheduled this year. Please email me if you are interested in attending/participating. YAY for Jen, Lisa, and Suzanne!

Another Student's Story
Please let me know if you would like to share "Another Student's Story" opportunity with present or past students by emailing me for the set of questions. I do need parent permission for their participation if they are under age 18 and a photo to include in the post. This series will begin on the meartrsed blog in December.

Below are the links to the latest blog posts located at http://meartsed.wordpress.com/.

  * Messalonskee High School Art Exhibit - Artwork on display
  * Welcome Back! - It is about the RELATIONSHIP!
  * Veterans Day Celebration Through the Arts - Lake Region High School music and dance
  * We've Come a Long Way - What has changed in education for you?

Thank you for the important work you do each day for students and their arts education!

Make it a great day,
