Subject: [downloadlibrary] patron access problems

Hi,
I am having access issues to download audiobooks.  It doesn't seem to like
any of my patron numbers including mine.  I have looked at the available
reports but didn't see anything that would tell me what numbers were there
from my school.  Also wondering how to eliminate a block of numbers and
add a block as well.  That is assuming I have any patron numbers in there
at this time.  Any help someone could provide would be super.

Below is information about a new round of online/phone training that is open
to staff of Download Library member libraries.

You and/or any of your interested staff are welcome and encouraged to take
part in these web and phone based training (video is via web, audio via
phone).  The training is described below, but will be a good introduction
for staff not familiar with how Overdrive works, and as a refresher for
staff who already have worked with the system.

All of the instructions, including web address, phone number, and access
code are in the forwarded message below.

If you can't make one of these times, the first training will be recorded
and remain available for streaming from Overdrive's site for 90 days.

There are over 90 slots per session, so there should be plenty of room for
participating.

sharing and telephone conferencing.



***Step 1:*  Conference testing and setup (at least one day prior to
conference)



   1. Java install:  Java is required for this conference.  Please confirm
   you have the latest version of Java installed on the computer(s) you plan to

   2. Test Connection:  Please test your connection prior to the conference

   5. Audio connection:
