[erate-maine] E-rate deadline - Check to see if your library is on this list!

If you see your library's name below it means you still have to file the
Form 471 for E-rate  for your telephone service.
Please contact me if you need help.
The deadline is this Thursday, February 12 at midnight.

Also, a few libraries have not certified the Form 470.  You will see
your name and a note regarding that fact further below.
You need to certify the Form 470 before the close of the Form 471 window
Thursday, February 12 at midnight or your E-rate request will be
invalid.
