A school is not in compliance with E-rate if there is not an approved plan covering 2009 - 2010 BEFORE July and this is part of the requirement for receiving MSLN services. I'm still in process on several plans that have been submitted recently so you may not yet have an approval letter, but according to my records I have not heard at all from those on the list below. If you are on this list please send me a three year technology plan asap. If you know someone who is on this list and may not get this listserv, please forward it. For those who have yet to send a plan, make sure you have included costs for the budget information and in the accountability section how you will review the plan itself on a regular basis and make a midcourse correction if needed. Also, It would be helpful to me if you could include a sheet listing the individual school names. I also would like to see the date(not the plan but just send me the date) on which you originally "created" the plan last fall BEFORE you a Form 470 is filed. (And yes, this was not in the tech plan requirements but you probably don't want to talk about the USAC Selective Review). It's possible I overlooked it and your plan is sitting idle in my email so if you are on this list but sent me a plan please contact me. I am out of the office for most of Monday and Tuesday, but I can be reached via email (too much of it but read it all the time). I can call you if you have other questions.
