Below you will find the registration information for our summer workshop. We have been assisted in the planning by AHEC (Acadia Health Education Coalition). All responses should be sent to AHEC attention Roanne Seeley, 200 Hogan Rd, Bangor ME 04401. Email responses should be sent to Roanne Seeley rseeley at meahec.org. If you have any problems or questions please feel free to contact me. I will be available at school all this week. My phone # is 342-5231 ext 123 or by email psheehan at msln.net. If you have an adult ed program at your school please make sure the instructor gets this information. Not all of them have a school email account. If you are a director please make sure your instructors attend at least the first day tech update (especially the adult ed instructors). There is no charge for the first day. MHOEA will cover the costs, but we are asking everyone to join MHOEA. Bring a check for $20 payable to MHOEA. The charges for the following two days are listed. It is fine to use a school check and bring it that day. Many of you have been asking for information so that you can apply for reimbursement. Checks for the conference should be made out to AHEC. Dues checks should be made out to MHOEA. At this point it is most important that we have a head count of who is attending and when! Please send a response to Roanne asap. If you are staying overnight Roanne has reserved a block of rooms at the Country Inn on Stillwater Ave (800-244-3961 or 941-0200). Tell them you are a member of MHOEA. Their prices are reasonable. Payment for those accommodations should be made individually. Try using the listserve to find someone to share a room! We will have a great three days and I look forward to seeing many of you.
