A number of outdated skills sheets, program approval requests, and test
requests have come my way recently.

 

Please remember to use skills sheets dated 2008, whether you are
submitting electronically or in hard copy.  The current version of this
form is on our web page at
http://www.maine.gov/education/it/directory/hoes/cna.htm 

 

Program approval and test request forms were also updated in 2008.
