The growth has opened several adjunct teaching positions in many different dance disciplines. Boys' Dance (we offer three levels and two need coverage, flexibility with which two, all are grades K-4) Ballet (int/adv) and pre-pointe/pointe (grades 5-12, placement based on availability) creative composition for 3rd and 4th graders Beg and Int/Adv Hip-hop (possibility of adding a break-dance class here) Beg and Int Jazz Creative dance for 1st graders There is some flexibility in scheduling, but currently it looks as such Mon - 1st grade creative or boys dance (11:30-12:30) Int/Adv Ballet (3-4:15) Beg Jazz (4:15-5:30) Tue - Creative Composition (11:30 - 12:30) open studio for Middle School students (this is for 14 weeks only, but is an additional 1.5 hrs of teaching) (1:30 - 3) Pointe/Pre-pointe (3 - 4:15) Int Jazz (4:15-5:30) Wed - Boys' Dance (11:30 - 12:30) Int/ Adv Hip-hop (2:15 - 3:15) Thu - Boys' Dance (11:30 - 12:30) Beg Hip-hop (12:45-1:30) open studio for Middle School Students (this is for 14 weeks only, but is an additional 1.5 hours of teaching) (1:30-3) Potential to have Int/Adv Hip-hop here instead (3-4:15) Open offering (break dancing?) (4:15-5:30) Berwick offers excellent wages for qualified instructors, a holiday bonus, and all tech and rehearsal time prior to performance in May is compensated at instructors' normal hourly wage.
