[MinervaCats] Ports in use message

A couple of people have let me know they got "All ports in use" messages
this afternoon when trying to get into Millennium.

Please remember that there is a limit to the number of Millennium
sessions that can be open at a time -- once we get to that limit, new
sessions won't be able to be started. We can have 287 staff logins and
have hit the ceiling this afternoon: 9 attempts to login have been
denied so far. 

It's good practice to close Millennium if you won't be needing it again
for awhile. For example, if you were cataloging in the morning but are
working at the circ desk for the afternoon, close the cataloging
session. Close the serials module after checking in the new magazines
that arrived in the mail today. Etc.
