[MinervaCats] Cataloging electronic resources

Hi all,

I am looking into cataloging our electronic resources here at Thomas College, and noticed that we do not have a template for such an item yet. How does one who is new to millennium do this (do we have how-to sheet for this, besides the large millennium manual)?

Another question that arises is many of these resources are subscription and therefore are restricted to our students and faculty, is there a way to incorporate this into the record.
