Yes, we have had this happen several times.  We have had whole runs of periodicals disappear, too.  Very odd.

Our record of this title by David and Leigh Eddings has disappeared from Minerva while it was checked out to a patron.  We have not moved any records around and I was wondering if anyone else has and this was lost in someone else's move?  It was in the system when the patron checked it out.  Is this the same thing that has been happening to others or is it something different?
