[MinervaCats] Example of 856 not working

I had mentioned this briefly at our meeting back in November, but other libraries didn't seem to be experiencing this problem so there was not much discussion.  I didn't pursue this again until some time in late January when I sent a message off to Deb and Jon.
I noticed that this started happening after the last Millennium Enhancement was installed in late Fall.  I don't understand why it happens to some records but not all; it's baffling!
I just did a test with the record Valerie had mentioned.  If I'm scoped to just Lewiston PL and type in my search term of just Palestine, I pull up a result set with 8 titles.  I clicked on Jimmy Carter's title and then clicked on the Connect-to link and the link worked properly.  But, if I'm still scoped to just Lewiston PL and type in the search term Palestine peace, I pull up only this one title.  Then I click on the Connect-to link and get only our address/logo at the top and a blue band through the middle of the screen.

At the catalogers meeting I brought up that some of the 856 fields were not showing up properly. I just attached my item to bib record b23569360, Palestine: peace not apartheid. When I went to check the 856 in the public display there is nothing displayed except the CMCC info it also does not let me return to the previous screen using the back button. When I scoped to all minerva locations it worked fine. I tried scoping to a few other places. Scoping to Auburn worked fine, but neither Curtis nor Bailey appeared to be working (I didn't check all of the locations). Any thoughts?
