[MinervaCats] Duplicate record reports

I have been receiving many emails about specific duplicate records recently and have eliminated about 50 just this week as a result. I want to thank all of you who have been taking time to let me know about these problem records and to encourage everyone else to start notifying me.

It won't take you very long to cut and paste information into an email and it will make a difference to our patrons.
