[MinervaCats] Missing materials types

List 312 contains bib records without material type codes. I know this easy to overlook when bringing in a new record but it is extremely important to patron searching. Some records have multiple libraries attached. Be sure to look at each record as you attach your holdings and add the MAT TYPE if necessary.

Many of these records also have incorrect INPUT LIB and INITIALS codes. One reminder: if your library has not been assigned a code for these areas select "-" from the dropdown menu that appears when you double click on the space next to each term and, also, add a 929 field at the end of the record with your library's three letter location code. There are a few records with 001 fields that should be deleted because the they originated with Library of Congress, AMICUS or other libraries that not part of OCLC.

Check with me if you have any questions.

The following libraries need to look at the records numbers given below . PLEASE DO NOT DELETE RECORDS FROM THE LIST AFTER YOU MAKE CORRECTIONS. JUST LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU FINISH. Do not be concerned if the numbering seems inconsistent. Thanks
