[MinervaCats] Reminder to check fields

Would it be possible to just globally change the INITIALS field from "n" to "-" since bib records that are shared should not be suppressed? Please read below what I've pasted in from our Standards:

Do not suppress a bib record if item records from a library other than your own are attached to it. Instead, just suppress your own item record.
If your library is the only one with items attached to a bib record, and all item records are to be suppressed, also suppress the bib record. A bib record with no visible locations serves no purpose in the OPAC. Note, however, that if a cataloger at another library chooses to attach an item record thereafter, she/he will also unsuppress the bib record in the process.

Thanks.
Karen

Hi all,
List #307 has 1120 suppressed bibs with multiple libraries attached. I
found 17 TML books hiding in there, so you might all want to take a look
at this list.

List #170 has 3784, but some of those have only one library attached.

Hi, Minerva catalogers,

Two suppressed bib records were spotted yesterday. Both titles have
multiple libraries attached and there does not appear to be any reason
for them to be suppressed, so they no longer are. The titles are:

Bob Marley (b11973493) and

Prince of the Fairway (b1200926x)

As a reminder, entering an "n" in the Initials field of a bib record
will suppress it from the OPAC, preventing it from being see and
therefore requested by anyone.

Please take the time to look over all of the fields in the bib record
when you are attaching your item. Fix glaring errors, such as an "n" in
the initials field of a bib record. If in doubt, don't hesitate to
contact an owning library to see if there is a reason a particular
record is suppressed. Or send an email to info.support at mestate.lib.me.us
and Jon or I will take a look and follow up as needed.

Thanks,
Deb
