[MinervaCats] List making problem

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem getting into "Create
Lists" in MilCat I have been getting a blank screen with "Create List
Functions" at the top and the "Catalog button" still depressed on the
left. I get in after a few minutes "very rarely".
I can make lists in MilCirc.
