[MinervaCats] Minerva Catalogers Users Group Meeting 7/20

Just a reminder that there is a Minerva Catalogers Users Group Meeting the Friday, July 20, from 9:30 - 12:30 at the Maine State Library Studio. The ATM at Bangor is definitely scheduled so any one interested may attend at Bangor Public Library. I am not sure yet about Noble High School and will let you know as soon as I find out about that facility.

So far we have the following agenda items.
Update on what is happening with new libraries coming into the system
Notes to be added to sound recordings such as abridged and unabridged
Indexing vertical file material
520 summary notes: their construction and purpose in a record
Children's heading in Z39.50 records
Overnight authority
New web calendar
New material type 

Please let me know if you have any other items to add to the list and also I would really appreciate knowing if you plan to attend the meeting and where you plan to go. Please contact me directly.
