[MinervaCats] 907 and 902 fields

The 907 and 902 contain information used in reloading exported records. For
the most part they indicate that the record has been reloaded from the
authority control process.

For the time being there may be some small value in leaving them alone.
Once the reload is done and we no longer need them for any diagnostic
purpose, we will let everyone know that if they wish, they may delete them.
In the long run, they are absolutely harmless even if left.

Subject: [MinervaCats] 907 and 902 fields

I have been noticing lately that 907 and 902 fields are appearing at the end
of bib records. Should I be keeping those or deleting them.

Thanks,
