[MinervaCats] 791 fields and authority processing

Hello, everyone--

791 fields were lost from any bibs reloaded into the database before 
yesterday, the 19th.  If you've been using this field and need help 
getting it back into your bibs, Karl should be able to help you starting 
next week.  Otherwise, it's safe now to put them back yourselves.
