[MinervaCats] Example of 856 not working

To follow up on this problem, I want to see if anyone is still
experiencing the problem of 856 fields not linking properly, especially
when scoped to a particular library. We've been updated with the code
that fixes this problem, and I checked some of the examples that were
sent (like the one below) and they seem to be working fine. 
 
So just let me know if you continue to see problems.

At the catalogers meeting I brought up that some of the 856 fields were
not showing up properly. I just attached my item to bib record
b23569360, Palestine: peace not apartheid. When I went to check the 856
in the public display there is nothing displayed except the CMCC info it
also does not let me return to the previous screen using the back
button. When I scoped to all minerva locations it worked fine. I tried
scoping to a few other places. Scoping to Auburn worked fine, but
neither Curtis nor Bailey appeared to be working (I didn't check all of
the locations). Any thoughts?
