[MinervaCats] foreign articles in the 245

At the last cataloger user's meeting, I thought I remembered Bonnie 
mentioning how to add a 246 to a bib with foreign articles in the 245 to 
make it searchable in the opac. Unfortunately, it is not in my notes nor 
do I see it in the minutes. It is mentioned on the Minerva Cataloging 
website in the FAQ's but does not say how to deal with them. 

I mention this because I am attaching to the bib .b23996183 "The A to Z of 
vitamins, minerals and supplements" and want to make this title searchable 
in the opac. (I know it is not foreign but it does have the same problem.)
