Katherine,
It looks like the ISBN-10 and ISBN-13 have the last numbers inverted in the
CIP. 

Our book shows the ISBN-10 on the cover ends with 9, but the CIP ends with
7. 
The ISBN-13 on the cover ends with 7, but the CIP ends with 9.

I have no idea what that means in cataloging parlance, but there you have
it. When I scan the book this b24161469 comes up.

     When I went to add "Every year on your birthday" by Rose Lewis  
everything matched except the last number on the ISBNs. The ISBNs I  
have are 9780316525529 & 0316525527. The ISBNs on the bib are  
9780316525527 & 0316525529. Could the libaries attach compare the book  
ISBN to the bib ISBNs?
