[MinervaCats] System slowness

I've had a couple reports of system slowness and it looks like the
transaction file is backing up a little. I'm on the phone with the Help
desk as I type and will let you know as soon as the problem is fixed. 

Until then please only perform necessary circulation transactions -- no
lists or cataloging.
