[MinervaCats] duplicate records for new books

I'm cataloging a few new books today and of the 5 ISBNs I've checked 2 books
(that can't circulate until the 9th) already have duplicate records. 

 

Ken Follett's new book (b24124473 & b24288287) had an OCLC record created
back in June but someone chose to import a far inferior record just last
week.

 

I'm merging the records, but for heavens sake people, pay attention to what
you're doing. Please.
