[MinervaCats] Remote catalog problems

I have been trying to use Z39 to look for books not on our database. Every time I try to use it with my usual outside sources, I get nothing and when I try to get back to a local search, I get knocked off cataloging. A message telling me that the server is not responding comes up just before I get knocked off. Is anyone else having this problem?
