[MinervaCats] Material types

Based on recommendations from the Cataloging Standards Committee, I have
changed material type code (z) from "software/data" to just "software";
and (y) from "internet" to "web resource".  St Joseph's College had
asked for a new mat type for online periodicals, but the committee feels
that this is not necessary since "web resource" could encompass online
serials, periodicals, and web pages.  We might look at more changes to
material types in the future, and if you have any thoughts about them,
