[MinervaCats] Skip problem

Hi again, 
Made a new list. I tried to remove all that should have the skip of 5, but
I might have missed some. 
I put them in list #409 again. It might be easiest if the people who have
time fixes a few on the list, 
(the skip in the box and the indicator for the 245 field) instead of
trying to find their own. Please 
remove each title from the list as you fix them.
