Hello,
For those of you who remember my question regarding the illustrator of The
Magic Thief here is a message I received from the author. A bib record
listing Caparo as the illustrator has since been added to the Minerva
database, so you all on the Harman record might want to join us there and we
can remove the extra record from the catalog.
Thank you all for your assistance with this mystery!
Kimberly
p.s. thanks for your sleuthing, Patty :-)

Subject: Magic Thief illustrator
Hi Kim,
I just came across your question on MinervaCats about the illustrator of The
Magic Thief. The original illustrator was Dominic Harman, but he was
replaced during the book's production by Antonio Javier Caparo, who is the
illustrator in the finished book. There is some confusion about the book's
illustrator in the WorldCat library listing--the book is listed with each
illustrator--so it's not surprising that questions about this are popping
up.
Cheers!
