[MinervaCats] Graphic novel bib for Kristy's Great Idea

Hi Kim
You are right about the rule that we discussed at the workshop which says
that if there is an adapter make the adapter the main enter instead of the
original author. That is the standard cataloging rule HOWEVER I am finding
that graphic novels have more snags than an old pair of stockings.

I think it would be better to wait on implementing this rule until I can
gather some more information. I will be posting a revision of the material I
gave out the workshop as soon as I can.

Ann Russell keeps saying "Graphic novels are my friend. Graphic novels are
my friend. Graphic novels are my friend ... but I wonder ...
