[MinervaCats] Names of lists

I just went in to name a list and noticed that some libraries are not
naming lists correctly. Please remember that if you don't, that list is
prime to be deleted when Jon or I need to make more slots available.

Every list must start with your library's 3-letter code and include a
description and date. Not just the year or month and year but the month,
day, and year. The only exception to this is featured lists; they need
to have a name that will make sense to patrons who will see it, and you
must take ownership of your featured lists to protect them.

Please empty your lists when you are done with them so I don't have to
keep sending these messages out.
