[MinervaCats] List #397 -Bibs without items

I just took a quick look at the list and have a couple of ideas of how
this might happen.

I found a couple of bib records that were created yesterday. When I
looked up a the titles, I found duplicate bibs created by the same
library but only one with attached records. I'm not sure of why this
would be, but one thing to remember is that if you bring in a
Remote/Z39.50 record by mistake or find a better record after saving the
first, remember to delete the record you don't want.

All of the items I randomly looked at only have one library in the bib
record. Please remember that if you delete your item record and you are
the only library attached to the bib record, delete the bib record also.

Thanks for finding these, Ulla!

Deb

Sorry, forgot to give you the list#. It is list #397

Hey Cats!

I made a list of bibs without items, order or checkins.
I can easily delete them, but thought I'd leave the list for a few days
in
case you wanted to take a look.
Does anyone have any idea how this happens?

Ulla
