[MinervaCats] list #286 renumbered

Ellen, 
  I took care of the tcn records and noticed that a number of them also
had 050 fields which I also deleted.  

Should I  try to run a list of all of our items with 05* (LC as opposed
to Dewey numbers and clean them up or will there be a global list like
the one of for the 09* records?
