[MinervaCats] Status Question

If anyone is using the status as "on order" or "consider" when creating
item records, I was wondering if you could share some of your knowledge
with me.  I work in a school department and do the bulk of my book orders
in June, but am unable to process the shipment until the fall.  Because
this may take a couple of months to get all the books entered, I would
like to start entering the books now as I order them and put the status as
"on order".  The problem I am running into is that when I create a new
book list each month, the books that were entered as "on order" in
previous months do not show up on the current months list.  Does anyone
have any suggestions?
