[MinervaCats] Mary Poppins DVD

Hi,

This question involves a cataloging entry for b21350334 at:
apl, bai, cam, cml, fml, gar, gpl, jml, lpl, lit, lud, mca, opl, pfl, pit, ric, rkd, rpl, spm, tpl,  and ypl.

I'm cataloging the 40th anniversary 2 disc edition of the Mary Poppins DVD and am wondering about the note that says "Special Effects disc #2 is missing. Circulate as is."  Since there are many libraries owning this set, I'm thinking that most libraries do have both discs.  Do I just add to this record even though I have both discs?  Is there a way that the library(ies)  who is(are) missing the disc can be noted?
