[MinervaCats] bib record for Leib's Fire Arrow

Lewiston's copy has no plates, only maps.  Both ISBNs are in the book, but I believe the ISBN beginning with the #9 is in error.  10-digit ISBNs assigned to books published in English-speaking countries begin with either a 0 or a 1.  Since the ISBN with first digit 9 is in the book, I created a separate 020 field with a subfield z for that ISBN in case someone was using that invalid ISBN to look for this item.

    Norway's ISBN matches book and bib, but in the 300 field I ave no  
"vii, [3] p. of plates." Norway's book has 300 p and maps.
