[MinervaCats] Best remote records to use

The agenda at last Friday's Cataloger User Group meeting included a discussion concerning records to prefer when importing a remote record. We misspoke when saying the first source to use when importing is MaineCat. Ursus is the preferred source for records not MaineCat. Hope this did not cause problems for those who attended the meeting. The minutes will be amended to reflect this change and anyone viewing the DVD of the meeting should keep this in mind.
