[MinervaCats] call number fields in bib records

pem, pfl, pit, ric, rpl, ski, sos, sow, tcc, tce, tck, tcn, tcs, tho, uni,
war, wit, wlk, wpl, ysh, ysc

While preparing new bibs for Marcive processing I found that the following
records contained call number fields that had not been removed.  Please
remember to remove any 090, 092, 099, etc. fields from bib records that are
imported from remote databases.  These are not used in the Minerva catalog.
Remember too that any field with the alpha code "c" on the far left of the
Millennium cataloging screen will display as a call number.  Any field with
code "c" should either be removed or altered.

I have gone ahead and globally deleted the 09x fields from the records
listed below, but ask that you be attentive to this issue in the future.
