Dear Minervians,
I had requested one of the first cataloging meeting DVDs for Pembroke
Library on my record before they went live with online requesting. After
they went live for online requesting they were able to send the DVD on
it's way without having to send it back to me. But, that DVD now has a
status of PAID and I'm the last patron listed. Lithgow, the "owning"
library since Ann Russell catalogs the meeting DVDs, has not received
payment and I don't know why it has that status or where it is. Pembroke
is verifying that they did indeed send it.
In the meantime, please check to see if your library is in possession of
a copy of the Minerva/SOLAR cataloger's meeting DVD from 7/18/08,
barcode 32019021112695 and let me know. The two other DVDs of that
meeting are current IN TRANSIT. SOS, BFL, and SCA all have item-level
holds on this copy; you should move your holds to one of the other
copies since this one is currently MIA.
Thanks,
Deb
