The title page on our book says    A Marc Brown Chapter Book

                                     text by Stephen Krensky
                                based on the teleplay by Sandra Willard


by the way our ISBN 0316115452 matches the bib as well.  I just did a  
remote search at LC and they show "Arthur and the popularity test  
/|ctext by Stephen Krensky."  I think that you are safe to edit the  
record.
