[MinervaCats] Minerva Sept 23 cat meeting DVDs

Hi All
     The DVDs for the September 23 meeting are ready for requesting.  
There are a few things you need to know before holds are placed.
1. place holds through Millennium as the DVDs are suppressed from the  
OPAC - the title is "Minerva/SOLAR"
2. one hold per library  - if there is more than one cataloger you can  
watch together or share notes
3. when placing the hold note the volume field - the date of the  
cataloging meeting is in this field - you want to get the correct  
cataloging meeting DVD
4. please copy the DVD to your computer or another DVD if possible -  
we need to circulate the DVDs as quickly as possible
