[MinervaCats] Z39.5 databases

I agree with the other posters that it would be a good idea to remove some
of the duds from the Z39.5 list.  In general the databases that I use most
often are the same as those mentioned by Susan and Liz, but I would add to
that list URSUS and MaineCat.  Please remember that we can avoid creating
duplicates in MaineCat by using acceptable records from those sources.

I've had good results from Calif. State Library for films, and Yale
University for recorded music.
