[MinervaCats] Cataloging DVD reminder

Hi All
    This is a  reminder that to get a copy of the taped Minerva  
cataloging meetings you need to place the hold through Millennium. You  
need to check the volume field for the correct meeting date as well.  
The tapes are suppressed in the OPAC. In addition, Minerva libraries  
are the first to receive the tapes because of requirements in the  
Minerva agreement. When all the tapes are back Deb Hensler will send a  
message on SOLAR-L saying they are available and how SOLAR libraries  
get receive a copy of the meetings.
