[MinervaCats] requesting cat meeting DVDs

There are two bib level holds on the Minerva/SOLAR Cataloger's Meeting
DVD.  Holds on these meetings must be placed as item-level holds -- the
date of the meeting is in the call number field, so place item-level
holds to make sure you get the correct meeting date.
