Hi Linda and all,
I was only looking for items with unnecessary volume fields, hoping to
prevent future hold problems.
A few people asked me how to find their items, using this list as a review
file.
Find an empty list.
Store Record Type: ITEM
Scroll to "Review" and type the letter U until the list pops up.
Line 1: Choose ITEM under Type, LOCATION under Field, "has" under
CONDITION, and your libraries three letter code under Value A
Line 2: Choose AND under operator, ITEM under Type, BAR CODE under Field,
"starts with" under CONDITION and your libraries five first barcode digits
under Value A
Line 3: Choose AND under ITEM, VOLUME under Field, "greater than" under
Condition and leave Value A blank.
Important last step:
Highlight the third and fourth line and click on "Group."
