[MinervaCats] John Adams DVD -sca, pfl, spb and cam (and ski?)

Hi all,

A little reminder. 
I just added our copy of the John Adams DVD , bib#26496926 and there are
still 6 bib level holds on it. sca, pfl, spb and cam should change the bib
level holds to item level holds or their patron might receive just one
random disks from one of the libraries that have broken up their set. I am
unsure about Skidompha's bib level hold that is limited to their location.
Does it still work to do it that way?
